Prospect Research
At Trillium GrantEssentials, I start by listening. Taking the time to understand your roots, your mission and goals, and your impact on the communities you serve, I develop grant-seeking strategies tailored to your needs and vision for growth.
Based on your current capacity and growth plans, and the size and scope of your current project needs, I will identify mission-aligned funders for you. By keeping abreast of funding opportunities and trends, utilizing grant research databases, and drawing on funder relationships, I will connect you to promising grant opportunities.
You will receive a prospect list and grants calendar, customized to your organization's timeline and goals.

Kudos
“Kira worked with us on a proposal for a new two-year state grant for youth programming. We were in a grant staff transition during a very heavy deadline period, and she jumped in and worked closely with us to get renewed funding. She asked great questions to support the program team in describing the project, her writing was concise and compelling, and she worked quickly – her timeliness allowed several people to do an internal review before submission. She was a positive and highly collaborative partner, and we definitely would recommend her work and partnership!”
-Deanna Threadgill, Advancement Director, Hired.
Kira Dahlk is a gifted grant writer and an excellent collaborative colleague! I valued partnering with Kira for several state and federal grant applications. Kira's experience and strategic approach strengthened our proposal submissions, resulting in our organization receiving multiple grant funds. I highly recommend working with Kira!
